Preface

Through years of studying, comparing and absorbing both domestic and foreign machines, we develop our own design of HLD series hopper mixing machine.

The main structure feature of the mixer is: the mixing body (material vessel) and the rotating axis form a angle of 30°. When the material is rotating, the material also makes tangent movement along the wall of the vessel. The function of these movements makes all points of material moves in complicated ways, changes their positions all the time, so to have very high mixing efficiency.

Features

1. Through years of studying, comparing and absorbing both domestic and foreign machines, we develop our own design of HLD series hopper mixing machine.

This machine is designed by widely absorbing foreign advanced technology and wide researches, it has reasonable structure with stable performance.

2. Easy to operate and the machine has no dead angle and exposed screws.

3.The rotary cage has pose 30℃ to the axis of ration axis, and the materials in the bin perform a double movement which has a strong turnover force in the effect of high-speed tangential movement and can achieve high mixing efficiency.

4.Using PLC automatic control, and set the infrared safety device and anti mal-operation device discharge valve, ensure safety in production. In the process, material can be different in the same container, and it does not require frequent feeder, feeding program.

5.Reduce dust and cross pollution effectively, reduce the loss of material, control material hierarchically, and optimize the production process, besides, it is in full compliance with the GMP requirement of pharmaceutical production

Principle

This machine consists of frame base, rotary cage, drive, lift, brake and control systems. The driving system automatically works according to the setting time, speed and other data. Mixed operation ended, rotary frame vertical stop, hopper fall to the ground automatically, the machine stops, and print process data. Loosen the lock device of rotary rack to promote the hopper to the next process. When operating, first, load the hopper(bin) in the rotating cage and press the key of ok on the touch panel, the hopper will be automatically raised in position and clamped on reception of clamped signal by the sensors the drive system starts mixing task according to the setting-time and rotation speed. On reaching all the set parameters, the brake system operates automatically to stop the rotating cage to a horizontal position and the mixing task is finished, then, the lifting system works to lower the hopper on the ground and on reaching that position , it stops automatically, finally, move out the hopper from the rotating cage to transfer it to the next process.
